Empty treasure chests in foundry end reward

For some reason since last few patches i have been getting empty treasure chests rewards at end of foundry or even quest dungeons i really hope they take a look at this.

I saw this a few times but generally don't mind because there's only basic items that fall in it anyways. Now if it didn't grant XP, then I'd be concerned.

So far, all chests have been empty for me I noticed in the last week or so. Bugged it in game.

This is not limited to just the foundry - some of the main quest line chest do the same
