My Ques Never Pop

As the little says my ques never pop. Only PvP que seems to pop. DD and Skirmishes never do. I'd be qued for literally a hour and still no pop. Is the que system broken or what's going on?

    If you play a TR or a CW it will take forever to get it. Especially if you are a TR.
