Grandmaster Alchemist not reducing timer correctly

It says 50% bonus to speed so a 15 minute task should be reduced to 7.5 minutes not 9 minutes. Actually the display says 10 minutes but it is actually 9 minutes but that is in itself incorrect and should be 7 minutes 30 seconds.
