my window for the open beta is invisable! HELP

Well i know that the open beta has past and i want to play the live version but i tryed downloading the live launcher. the download worked but i cant see the window for it. i neeeeed HELP FAST!

    Did you have the game fully installed previously? Did a failure occur during the patching process for the installer?
