Dungeon and Skirmish level changes (really annoying)

I've been going with the assumption that skirmishes are 2 down and 1 up and dungeons are 2 down, 2 up which has been true in most cases. But now these skirmishes are all over the place. Pit Fight is 1 up, 1 down and Gate Crashers 2 down, 0 up.
This makes it hard to plan for a character to enjoy these scenarios and take advantage of the Daily events. Too many times have I out leveled a skirmish to not get the daily, or have been close enough to out leveling where I don't even both trying because I know I can't get through 2 or 3 skirmishes to complete the Daily. Skirmishes are pretty hard to start up as is and these recent small changes combined the existing lack of information will only reduce the future population of these events.
So, I request that you at least put the event level ranges where applicable. Seems like a totally reasonable and easy thing to do.
