Crafting:Tailoring Bug report

I sent an in-game problem report and the email response said to submit a bug report. I do not have access to the game right now and the redirect on the support link on the main PWE page is broken.
Here is my issue:
I recently completed the crafting task for gemmed robes (blue level). Part of the requirements for this task was +2 robes.
When the task was listed as complete, the gemmed robes were not in my inventory, but the +2 robes were.
