Do you get an xp penalty for repeating Foundry quests?

The title says it all, I want to do foundry and my guildy has a few he needs plays on so I'm wondering if repeating foundry's get an xp penalty like regular quests?

    There is no penalty for repeating foundry quests.

    Play them as much as you like. :)
