What a terrible, nonconstructive solution. How about they fix such a horrible problem instead of people being required to join a guild and avoid regular game content in order to get their loot and progress in game? It is utterly ridiculous how something so glaring is still in the game. Kinda like how GWF's Unstoppable skill STILL breaks all the time, among many other things I'm sure.
That's a great example of how NOT run a game, by ignoring major game-breaking issues for months on end. What's worse is that they would seemingly require such simple fixes. Luckily, this hasn't happened to me yet but so help me I would be done with the game if it did. That would be the last straw. Such nonsense...
Seriously... Still no solution. I just got kicked from CN after Draco death. Common devs pls help us!
It is so dumb.

The simplest solution is to remove the "Kick from Party" choice once you enter a dungeon. It is not needed anyway because you can not replace someone when you are in the dungeon without starting over. If you take a pug into a dungeon you obviously had no intention of 4 manning it to begin with, so why would you legitimately kick anyone? If you just started the dungeon and someone is an idiot you can leave the dungeon and reform the party without the idiot or you can continue on. If you are deep in the dungeon and someone is an idiot you just deal with it because you don't want to start over. If, for some strange reason, you cannot beat a boss with them in the party you probably are not going to beat it without them. It is a pug and sometimes you have to deal with idiots. You finish your run and never join up with them again.

If they kicked you then they get no loot! The solution is they now require EVERYONE to roll on the loot to receive it. If 1 person in the party does not roll then no one gets it.

Bad idea. What happens if someone gets d/c? Everyone gets screwed by your idea.
I will agree that joining a guild is your best move to avoid loot issues. People want to be a lone wolf and ignore the community that is their choice. Just quit asking for devs to fix everything that impacts your solo game play in a game that is designed for community.
Suggestion: Disable kicking on online party members if your party has engaged the last boss.
Alternately, disable kicking on online party members if it's impossible for you to get a fill-in anyway. I heard that you can't get another person if you've beaten the first boss, and if i's true, then this should be pretty easy to put in. Hopefully, you figure out who's a deadbeat by the time you get to the first boss.

Lol agreed! One other feature they may want to add to this is the ability to vote on an all-greed run. For instance entire party votes yes to greed only and it stays active until the party disperses. ie only allowing a vote of greed or pass on all voted upon items. I only say this b/c I have been in CN group that even the person who formed the group and adamantly advertised it as all greed needed on the dagger when it dropped. Thankfully our party leader (since the TR, who I really wish I could name and shame, had to relog b/c he was so bad he couldn't even make final run to draco...) promptly booted him and he didn't steal the item.

This happened to me and some friends in a spider temple pug. The logic escapes me. It's not like the kicker got my DDchest for himself...so basically we got kicked so he could loot the Dark Armor of Lolth for himself...probably would have made more just praying once...strange.
