I play cleric, every other class through the cleric's eyes is OP by a long ways.

Pretty much this. I went to virtuous cleric for PvE and the only way to survive PvP is to somehow not be where everyone else is at all times. If I hit a good daunting light and break the spirit though, it's all gravy. Until a TR or a GF find me. Then I have to lame my *** off to survive long enough for backup.

<----PvP GF and no issues with any class including perma-stealth rogues. Yes I die but in most games I'm top 3 and normally top KS.

Gear does not matter, just skill. As you add gear you'll be able to kill more targets with less time and RNG.

Currently I'm 4/4 Knights Cap and lol when I 1-2 Shot players (including GFs) before they hit the ground after a bull charge followed up with a Lunge. It's easy for a GF to do 25-35K dmg in 2-3 shot burst. Learn your class and figure out how to do the most burst possible for PvP or utility for your team.

If you are utility then stick with your heavy DPS team mate and give them support. It's a team game and not a death match.

Dude I've been bull charged and hit with lunging strike for 15k plus. Your numbers are either lies or you don't know your own class.

You were probably laser beamed, which doubles their damage. 14.5K gf here, and the most I hit with these is ~10k, and that's against mages/tr's with crappy gear.

I mean if you get hit by a truck expect to get trucked.
It is easy to dodge GF abilities as they are all significantly telegraphed.

It all boils down to player skill level. GF have a great advantage over players that make mistakes...and most of them do, or just out rite are unskilled. As a lvl 60 GF with pvp gear only, and no enchants on my gear I am able to do decently in pvp because I practice my skills and understand my weaknesses. Enchants generally tip the scales for most classes however they are not needed to succeed.

    ^ Agree.

Make one mistake, and a GF will get a full rotation of their abilities on you. Don't make a mistake, and you get a full rotation on them. Other classes have 2-3 dodges that will help you avoid their encounters. Use them, and stay out of range and you'll be fine. I have 3x 60's, and with my CW|TR, I can take out GF just fine, although I usually don't bother with my TR as much since other targets are easier.

Most GFs replied here were like "No, guys, dafuq l2p, we are'nt OP at all! CWs killing us=(" Yes, im a CW and im killing GFs 1v1 9 of 10 times. Even if im 20% and he is 100%. Not like im so skilled, just having good gear and good opressor build which allow me to permastun things.
But! This game isnt about 1v1, right? In terms of 5v5 fight GF ridiculously OP. They can knock u out of point and permastun*. And they can do 15k crits WHILE remaining tankier than rest 4 classes.
I loved the most some guy's post (cba to quote), it was like "ROFL we got a spec which makes us pure dps". Cool story, but dont u think for pure dps u guys are way too tanky still? Compared to the rest of them? Dont u think, that ability to perma-prone things, while doing 9 - 15k crits (from "min" to "slightly above average") is a bit too cool and noone else can do that?

    * - Dont even dare to compare their CC potential with non-operessor CW. And, again, i can CC as hard as GF with my build and powers, but im STILL doing less damage (with fully offensive gear) and im.. umm.. i dont even think "far less tanky" is a proper description. dps CW and dps GF differ in tankiness like schoolgirl and M1A2 "Abrams".

Possible, but what is far more likely is that the GF is using "knights challenge" on his target, meaning he deals 200% dmg to his target. I often use it on my GF for the lols when in pvp and regularly 1/2 shot badly geared players or light armored classes.

Its quite simple to counter really since if the GF is using knights challenge he will also take 200% dmg from you, time your CC and blow him up before he gets his shield up, or time your dodge anticipating the incoming bulls charge or lunging strike and then proceed to whittle him/her down.
If you die to a GF who has put knights challenge on you it will more often than not be because you were not paying attention and didnt use CC or your dodge abilities properly. Instead you ate his dmg and then proceeded to run to the forums and QQ about OP'ness.
Remember! Knights Challenge = 200% dmg both ways, the GF kills you faster but he also dies faster. imo its a fair deal.

i laughed when i saw this thread i have a 60 GF in full pvp gear gs is 8.4 and sometimes im a big damage dealer in pvp but id say 2 out of 5 games that happens im able to survive pretty well in any game but as soon as its more than 2v1 im done i rarley block just because the block in this game is rtarded all classes should be able to dodge block should have a % just like crit TR and gwf should have a % for parry and CW's? well i dont much like CWs
