Help on which build to go

Hey people, I'm relatively new to the game. just hit 60 about a week ago but have maybe had 7 hours playtime at 60.

I'm 99% pve, the only time I'll do pvp is for the dailies and to have some fun but am looking for a strictly pve guide.

I've been battling on which of the three main guides to go so I'm hoping with your experience you can help me out on which is the best for pve.
