[Mindflayer] LF Guild or Group for T2s and PvP - EN or GER speaking

Hey,
I am a mature player and was fine playing on my own. But for T2s it's hard to find groups, PUG mostly a waste of time. So I am looking for a guild or a group to do T2 dungeons, and maybe PvP for the lulz during events.
I have a TR with atm 9k GS, using full PvP Set and belt/rings/necklace from Unicorn Seals. I found some T1 set items and I know they would give me a higher GS than my PvP gear, but for the rather low upgrade on stats I prefer selling them on the AH.
I like theory crafting and min-maxing my character. I read opinions in forums and always try to optimize my play. I think I am not a bad player. Invite me for a test if you like, I want to farm Frozen Heart, Spellplague Caverns, Temple of the Spider, and Karrundax for T2 set items next.
I have a 2nd character which is a DC, level 53 atm.
