Some sort of tiered PvP would be nice

Hi,

Sorry, if this has been discussed at length already, but I was wondering if there's any chance of a more tiered PvP system being put in place. I'm one of those people who traditionally is very bad at PvP for a very long time (in any given game). It takes me much longer than average to learn why I'm being killed, and even longer to figure out how to counter whatever is killing me.

I'm not suggesting a tiered system pre-level-60 since it seems rather pointless given how quickly one reaches 60 in this game. But I think at level 60 it would be nice to have a system with, say, 3 brackets (3 -- newbies, 2 -- standard, and 1 -- pros). When you hit 60, you'd be dumped into bracket 3. Once you've played enough matches, and if you did well enough (here's where I have no idea what the best way to determine performance would be -- kills/death ratio? points? something else?) you'd be bumped up to bracket 2 and then eventually to bracket 1 if you were really good. Also, if you consistently did very badly in a higher tier, you'd be bumped back down. Regardless of how your tier is determined it seems best (to me) if it were determined by some sort of rolling average rather than by an absolute total or all-time average since it doesn't really matter if you were awesome last month. It only matters how good you are now.

You'd want the glory rewards for higher brackets to be better (obviously) to prevent people from intentionally dying a lot simply to stay in the lowest bracket. And you probably couldn't completely prevent that anyway (some people just like to pwn noobs), but hopefully most good players would have no desire to stay in the easy bracket because it wouldn't be challenging.

Anyway, I know I'll eventually get better at PvP regardless, but currently I'm finding the level 60 pvp to be completely brutal and not fun at all because my skill level is so low and because I'm dying so quickly that I'm having a tough time figuring out how to get better. I think some sort of tiered system would be appreciated not only by players like me who are slow-to-learn, but also by the really good players who (understandably) get rather frustrated when they get stuck in a group with 4 other players like me.

    Honestly they could easily add a gear score tier for pvp just like they have for the end game dungeons. Only thing would be how much it would affect queue times, but I don't see why they couldn't add this. Have 4 tiers. Something like 5500-7500, 7501-9500, and 9501-11000, and then 11000+.

    Not GS. PvP twinks would equip greens to get into lowest GS bracket, then put real gear on after inside.
    Has to be some sort of ranking system, based on PvP performance.
