    Exactly. ('-')

I know that it sucks to no longer get gear to sell from the Dungeon Delve chest but it was truly overpowered.

If you mean the one with the Blue glow you can get it from the event vendor by gathering drops from the event mobs in the enclave.

Rare quality Skeletal Dog comes from the bags of bones. It's just not listed as a possible reward.

You can get a fashion item as reward too?

    Yeah what's the fashion reward?

I don't believe there is a fashion reward - at least if there is it's not listed in the events blog, and I have not seen anyone showing it off in zone chat...

The dog is a fashion reward. You wouldn't use it otherwise. :P

So is it no good? Does it give the owner any good stats?

Its the basic dog companion. Just made of bones.

(and the blue drop-only version can hit level 25)

Do you need to get the first hit on one of these mobs in order to get a bag of bones?

no, any hits will get you drops.

Also, i got my blue bone dog from the event ending, not a opening a bag.
