Best PvE build for CW post patch level 60+?

I've been looking through the forums for a good build for my CW post patch and after level 60. I'm a level 51 right now and plan on respecing when I hit 60. Most of what I've seen focuses on PvP builds but what I'm looking for is a decent build for PvE.

I know there's got to be some in here somewhere so I'm not asking for a lengthy answer here, if someone could just point me in the right direction at this point I'd be grateful. What build posts do you think are best for PvE? I can understand if there's nothing post patch, if not I'll take a pre patch build too.
