How to jump into end game PvE as a rogue?

Just hit 60, wondering where I start with regards to dungeons.

Gear Score is 8.3k just from getting random purples off the AH. Should I just jump into any dungeon?

Also, I notice that the T1 gear is pretty meh in comparison to the random gear I got. Not enough armor penetration.

Should I just go for T2 right away?

    You can start with T2 the Pirate one is pretty easy, just so you get some seals to buy accesoires. (rings,neck,etc) After that do all the others.. Spellplague,Frozen heart,karrundax,Spider etc.. the last 2 are the easiest one IMO.

    As for the gear try to get the full Swashbucking (Dunno if spelled right) set. Meanwhile you can have a mix of the 2 other T2 set or a complete one, I didnt really bother too much with it. Try to get 22 percent armor penetration, around 50 percent crit 8 I have 49,3) and rest into power
