Can't make a ticket with Perfect World Billing

So I bought zen over 36 hours ago with google check out. The bank has taken my money, and PW has not given me my zen. I have gotten 8 emails confirming my transaction, saying it happened at different times. I cannot make a ticket with them, and I cannot call them because they do not operate over the weekend. Anyone have any advice on what to do beyond calling my bank and making them get the money back?

When I go to the support page and click on anything where I think the link to make a support ticket may be I always get 404'ed. There is no webpage at these links.

    Send an e-mail to customerservice@perfectworld.com via your PWE Registered e-mail and a support rep will get back to you as soon as they can.

    Unfortunately they are still quite backed up on ticket requests and it is taking them much longer than desired to respond to each individual ticket but they are going as fast as humanly possible. More information can be found in the Customer Service Update post.

    What if I do not receive my zen before the sales end? The sale being the whole reason I purchased it.

    Unfortunately I don't have the answer to that and since it's the weekend I can really only point you in the direction you need to go.
