Cannot mail Ioun Stone of Allure

Hello guys! Its pretty much it. Was trying to mail the companion to my twink but it just didnt work. It saud it costs 80k to unbind it then I press OK - nothing happened...

Help :(

    It bugged since, closed beta, I created ticket long time ago, never answer.
