Goliaths.. when?

Is there any chance we will see Goliaths implemented here?

(Hopefully with 2str/2con rather than the munchkin 4str/2con/-2dex).


I ask primarily because while I love the racial bonus' dwarves have.. I don't want to be a dwarf.
