My horrible experience with Support

So I have this broken adventurer used in crafting.... I can't drop it, use it or sell it. I submit a ticket over a month ago. No response other than the original canned response.... A month later (yes a month) I get a response saying to bug it instead of submitting an Item issue. So i do that over a week ago.... nothing. Still have the issue..I bet you 1000 AD that I will be back here again in another month with still no response. I can't do much about it other than let others know. I do promise that I will not spend a single cent on this game again.... not whining... just voting with my feet and pocket book. Love the game most of the time...hate the bots. hate the losers that quit if they can't win.. hate the spam.... completely disliking support in general.
