Ok earlier today I was poking around the forums researching cleric stuff. Yes I have a cleric.
It's not my main toon and will most likely be shelved once I cap.
Building it towards group heal support causes it to be increasingly clunky in solo pve. I am just shy of lvl 30 and it looks like it will just get worse as the level increases.
While in a group it does pretty well as long as the others help keep me clear when I do draw aggro. Solo->MEH (Mentioned this simply because it's getting frustrating)
What I was wondering was......
A player interested in getting the most from his powers and feats posts a list of the go to stuff and the things that don't work. He has spent a bit of time testing but there are a lot of feats that just by looking he can tell are worthless.
Not ok, not weak, but WORTHLESS.
Others are underpowered, or he can see do not offer a bonus equal to the expense of a feat point.. Point 2 of a percent to skill...(0.2%) really?
Same with powers-. "Don't use this one, it's worthless"
All this for free.
So Why can't the person/persons who designed these things see this right away????
Maybe it's "hey it doesn't look complete, lets throw some of this junk in to fill it."
Just saying
I am sure there are benchmarking being done on every aspect of the game-.'Gee, look no one uses this feat..."
Hope some time will be put into polishing this part of the mechanic. Maybe remove the crappy ones altogether and replace them with something meaningful.
