Can no longer hear voice over's or load onto Sleeping dragon bridge

My game runs fine on all of my characters past the main city but when I create new toons there is no longer voice overs and the game instantly crashs when trying to load into bridge I have tried running the forced verify it says all fine ? Anyone else having issue or know fix?
