No sparkles for you!

hi there. so it seems when i roll a GWF there is no sparkly path, chests etc do not sparkle either. ive tried with my other three toons with no issues. i even deleted the gwf i had and rerolled it to no avail.

any help with this one? and yes im pressing z and nothing is showing up
