Yesterday my launcher was working fine. Today when I click on the icon, a tab opens in the taskbar, as normal, but nothing appears on my screen. I have let it run for 10 minutes - it's not just slow, it simply isn't opening. I have restarted my computer, no effect. I am running Windows Vista, but I was running Windows Vista yesterday too. What next?

In the Star Trek forums I saw a similar issue, the fix was
