Wizards Wrath and Focused Wizardry feats only effect 2 spells?

Ive been keeping track of the forums, and these two feats
have been talking about quite a bit. From what Ive gathered
they effect Steal Time and Chill Strike, but not AS, Conduit of Ice,
Icy Terrain or Sudden Storm.
Anyone have any additional testing as to what these feats can
effect (Like Shard of the Endless Avalanche).
