I hate bringing this dispute into the forums - but I start to see this as my only option as the support really has a lot to learn about real support. I actually got a message at one point saying that now your support ticket is over a week old so we just assume you got your problem solved ?!?! wtf - if I said to my own support department that they should just say that to my customers the customers would leave right away and choose another supplier..... I know others who got the same message and same lack of support…..
Basically: I bought ZEN on the home page (perfectworld.com) for real Money - used PayPal - but the ZEN never came into my account on perfectworld.com so I could transfer it into the game after that. I have done it in the past without any problems.
Of course the money IS withdrawn from my credit Card - after 1,5 weeks of struggling to get through to support they just say their system is 100% perfect bulletproof and it must never have been ordered or something along those lines.
Contacted PayPal - they say money have been drawn from my credit card (as I kind of knew from my bank statements) - and that 'Perfect World Europe B.V' also had gotten the money. funny thing is they (PWE) say they never got any.....
So I’m now down €27.99 and left with the only option to try and take further actions against the Company through PayPal if they decide to help.
My question is WTF is this for a kind of service you are running? I know others that haven’t received their ZEN either.
Is this just one big scam? Can you really live with giving such bad customer service?

PS: I kind of guess this post will be deleted as it's bad for business letting other potential buyers know about your service or lack thereof – but I’m just kind of angry that you won’t do anything about the problem. You have until Monday – I guess PayPal will be happy to get a dispute against you.

Just wait until you enter the world of customer support for NW .. then your blood pressure will really rise. Support is NW's hidden boss .. and the drops are ****.

It's hard to believe that support really lacks on that part, good support is the most important aspect of any business, regardless how low the price is.
If such happened to me I would never use a dime at pw again, rather give some Chinese farmers some rice to eat instead.
Ive had the same HAMSTER**** responses from PWE customer support myself.
They dont have the resources to handle the volume, so they resolve tickets. Its HAMSTER. Ive worked in customer service for most of the last decade. This has never been a practiced service. This would not be tolerated. And the managers would be fired. This is unacceptable.

I bet he already knows that.... but it might help to put some attention upon it and somehow turn on PW's magical brainwaves to start thinking deeper into support.
PW also should know that to many dispute cases at PayPal will eventually get them closed down from using the service, so it should be in their own ****ing interest to get this sorted out.

General discussion suites just fine for the post, since it should be in every players interest to know that there are issues.
PS. You did note that the issues has been escalated trough PW support several times already?
