Is there any way to have this disabled? Or to atleast toggle it?

    At least for the party requests, there is. Press O, go to Preferences (bottom right), and it's right there.

    I wish somebody added me :( Playing alone is suffering. I don't want to disturb people by adding them through that Social menu. How do I find rogue-bros and guardians to party with?
