To Remember the Falen quest bug

I got the rurik Flag and now i am at the place where you need to put them just before the dungeon and i cant interact with the pile. The place is glowing but i can't do nothing. I've tried to change instance and go back to the place. Nothing dont work .

Any tips ?

    From my recollection, you stand with your back to the entrance and look left.
