Immune in PvP

Can someone explain to me the cc immunity mechanic? I know GWF and GF have skills that do that but today I had every single class popping up immune CONSTANTLY while PvPing. I go with a CC heavy skillset so this made me basically worthless, as literally every 3rd or 4th skill someone was "immune."

    GWF is pretty much immune to cc constantly now, and immune to damage almost as much

    I noticed I was getting that "Immune" message over my head when someone tried to CC'ed me while/right after I did my dodge move. So, rather than say "Dodged" they went for "Immune" instead as a message letting you know that your skill didn't do anything to the target.

    some classes have something like 40% dodge.. not the cleric who has none, and I don't think the CWs, not sure about the rest

    CW's are dodging all the time now. I used to lunge in. bull rush. Now they kite and dodge. Pretty lame. Some attacks should not be able to be dodged.

    CWs seem to be able to dodge out ofm most things that have already hit. like smoke bomb already onfloor, or lashing blade becourse teres a delay between the animation and damage

    It's extremely annoying when I throw a Smoke Bomb in a CW's face and he just teleports away.
    It's extremely useful when a TR throws a Smoke Bomb and I manage to teleport away with my CW just in time.

    But it's very subject to lag and I need to be a little psychic at times to make it work.

    Some attacks should not be able to be dodged.

    ..or blocked.
