Before the patch 60% of powers and feats were bugged, but now 80% of them are bugged.
Set bonus are also bugged (High Vizier is still bugged with some powers, Archmage not working at all, Shadow Weaver still do not work properly etc).
Add only nerf's to that and you have the most broken class ever.
