The feat Domain Synergy does it:
Grant a flat 1-5%? Raising my Recharge and AP gain from 20.5% to 25.5%

OR

Does it grant 1-5% of my current 2627 Recovery for a bonus of 131?

thank your trying to gather info while not using a repsec.

    To my knowledge, it grants 1-5% of your current 2627 Recovery for a bonus of 131

    The latter.

    It is a poor feat for five whole points.
