Any of my dialog trees that are used in the " Story " and not optional contacts seemed to be bugged.
Under the enable when pull down menu it only gives me never, immediately, Objective Complete, and Objective in progress.
No more on dialog prompt. And if I select objective complete, I cannot add an objective.
Please do not tell me that I have to redo all the dialogs trees to fix this.
Is anyone else having this issue?

Then why does it give the option for objective complete and not let me choose and objective? I never noticed that before. But if its not bugged then that's a good thing. I don't have to re-write it all.
You can make optional content required through use of key items, and making walls/doors/barriers disappear whenever the optional objectives are completed. However, this is not very popular right now, due to the way the reward system works, and the laziness of most players.

Personally, I VASTLY prefer to handle complex dialogs outside of objectives whenever possible, just for the added flexibility.
