Cleanse?

Hi.
Quick question.
Patch notes say 20 sec cd before re-cleanse. Tooltip says 8 secs.
Anyone know which is correct?
Also, what are people's opinions on this feat now? I'm about to respec and I'm a bit torn in whether to go for a higher chance (ie max it), leave as is (1 pt) or just ditch it completely.

    8s sound way more reasonnable because i don't even see the point to cleanse people if the CD is 20s

    we need an official response to this, is the cool down 20 seconds as per the patch notes or 8 seconds as per the feats description? Please respond cryptic.
