Looking for ACTIVE guild - Mindflayer

Heyo,
I am a daily player in East USA with a 60 DC, TR and CW.
I also have a friend in Belgium with a 60 of each class.
While we really like the people in our guild, fact is it is quite dead all the time and we are looking for something more active.
What we do want:
-MULTI-TIMEZONE. Would like people on at all times.
-Group dungeon runs and PVP. More dungeons than pvp really.
-Must be active
-Helpful and friendly
-English Speaking
-Voice Chat. Prefer Teamspeak.
-18+ players mostly.
What we don't want:
-A guild with < 5 people online most of the time.
-Cheaters/glitchers/hackers. Skipping content/shortcuts are ok i guess. I personally dont consider this a cheat.
