Hello everyone, I have some ideas for the passive Stormfury.
First, the current description for it:
"When below half health, shock attacking enemies with a bolt from the storm.
Rank 2: Damage: +10%
Rank 3: Damage: +10%"
At the moment no experienced CW is really using this passive, because it's damage - even on rank 3 - is too low and there are way better passives.
My ideas:
1.) "When below half health, shock attacking enemies with a 20% chance for 50% of the damage dealt to you.
Rank 2: Shock Chance: +5%
Rank 3: Shock Chance: +5%"
So if you are below half health and get attacked by an attack dealing 10000 damage, you have a 30% (Rank 3) chance to deal 5000 damage back to the attacker. You still get hit by the 10000, though.
2.) "When below half health, shock attacking enemies with 10% of the damage dealt to you.
Rank 2: Damage: +5%
Rank 3: Damage: +5%"
So when below half health every attack deals 20% (Rank 3) of this attack back to the attacker.
Maybe change the numbers a bit to make it more balanced, but I thought of something like this to make it more viable.
I still don't think this passive would be viable in PvE these ways (most people dodge red areas), but it could become an interesting passive for PvP.
