Success Rates of high-level enchant combines?

I know the success rates for combining to receive up to level 6 enchantments.

Can anyone tell me the success rate for creating a level 7+ enchantment? (This is the percent listed on the combine screen)

    Not sure on standard enchants what it bottoms out as, but the weapon/armor slot ones go as low as 1%.

    Better start getting those wards warmed up.

    Okay i found out the success rates for making level 7 and 8.

    Now I just need:
    Success rate for making a level 9 enchant;
    Success Rate for making a level 10 enchant.

    I honestly don't care about enchants, as long as my group can get dungeons done. I'm not paying to enchant, waste wards that cost, just to get a little more dps out of it. Now, if they dropped less, but had a 100% success rate on fusing, then I would work towards it. Sadly, they can't milk any more money out of us that way.

    Yeah, it's off-topic. Level 9 and 10 enchants? No idea. Never seen them. Haven't seen an 8 yet, but I haven't cared to look.
