I am wondering if the damage taken from knights valor will trigger supremacy of steel's effect, and damage everything that damages the people that you intercept damage for.

Yes, also works with briatwine, shield reflect power, and tenebrous can proc off of it also.

Yes, i confirm too, you can add to the list into the fray + tactical capstone feat for great AP gain.
It looks amazing in theory. While it works fine, it's not really impressive, i didn't find it was better in any way than just cleaving with villain menace on with a 100% power bonus.
If you can make it works, great. What bugged me the most, is even with into the fray on, getting hit from mobs and/or from knight valor while having the capstone feat in tactical doesn't give a "lot" of AP, less than expected compared to just cleave/enforced threat with conq feat, and damage overall is not that great + you can't really focus on the target you want dead from supremacy of steel, it's amazing on trash, while on boss fight, it has his downside, the party can works great with you or get you killed. I find it weird to rely on the damage my allies take to "tank" mobs, it's like going to McDonald and order a salad because you are vegetarian since you don't want animals being killed to be eaten.
I think this would work great in a raiding scenario as a second tank or off-tank. In PvP, it lacks a bit, and the burst damage really make the build suicidal, unless you have 1-2 cleric, it feels like being an extra hp pool that people can use (or abuse), or a mobile Astral Shield that can die that does moderate damage.
My idea for using knights valor with Supremacy of steel is for gauntlgrym. Where im afraid that things will be too hectic due to the 20 man team size to keep decent agro with just cleave. I suspect that using into the fray, knights valor, and enforced threat as my encounters and Supremacy of Steel and Knights recovery as my dailies will allow me to keep aggro on many mobs and allow me to buff and save my party if i have to. (in pvp in particular i think it is going to be a mad dash for the squishies to get points and if i can take half the damage delt to them it will give my squishies the advantage.)

Make senses, i would be interested in any form of feedback if you try it. I do think it could be something very interesting for gauntlgrym.
Recovery is useless if you're going for the tactition point that gives ap when you are hit I would keep villaines menace slotted f or damage when needed with supremacy of steel. Also frontline surging mobsgives your group 10 percent more damage... I think that is worth keeping it slotted.

+ a 5% with into the fray + knight captain set that increase their power by 60% and defense by 25%. You are now leading a war party.
