I am lvl 60 but when I downloaded the test server I was lvl 52, I want to transfer now lvl 60 to the test server how do I do that. It tells me I dont have nothing created, when I log in its right there.
P.S This link pops up ( http://nw.perfectworld.com/download ) saying I need to download the client, but I already have it. Ok I just deleted a few minutes ago, the one on the test server. And tried to transfer again to the test server, and it still says I have nothing created.

The instructions are clear and concise. It really is confusing and the instructions help a lot.

No I did it the first time and it was fine, now I am lvl 60 and want to transfer again that I am lvl 60 to the test server. But that link pops up, telling me to download the client.
I'm guessing you are on the Beholder shard.
There is an issue with character copies from Beholder at the moment, and yes, it did work before.
It won't be fixed until the live servers do maintenance, unfortunately.
