Poor support in this game

Hello, my account was hacked the 19 of may and I send a ticket to support trying to get it back.
It has been almost a month now and I haven't heard anything from them yet.

I spend more than 100$ on the game so far and it's totaly unacceptle that they treat a paying customer that way.

    Sadly all I can do is direct you to the Customer Service Update.

    It's not something that is taken lightly or being ignored. Please remain patient and customer service will get back to you. :)

    It's certainly not being taken at all, let alone lightly. No need to sugarcoat it. The guy has not had a response in ~23 days. That's not acceptable and that is the problem being ignored.

    he has waited 23 days....you should be replying with I will look right into it and get things moving...23 days!!!! **** so bad.

    I can't. Our powers are limited to the forums and only to the forums.

    The only other thing he can do is send another ticket because I actually received a response to a ticket I sent about a week ago. In the mean time this thread seems to have been derailed. Best wishes but closed since the forum staff can't do anything to help individual tickets get expedited. :(
