Hello, my account was hacked the 19 of may and I send a ticket to support trying to get it back.
It has been almost a month now and I haven't heard anything from them yet.
I spend more than 100$ on the game so far and it's totaly unacceptle that they treat a paying customer that way.

It's certainly not being taken at all, let alone lightly. No need to sugarcoat it. The guy has not had a response in ~23 days. That's not acceptable and that is the problem being ignored.

I can't. Our powers are limited to the forums and only to the forums.
The only other thing he can do is send another ticket because I actually received a response to a ticket I sent about a week ago. In the mean time this thread seems to have been derailed. Best wishes but closed since the forum staff can't do anything to help individual tickets get expedited.
