Encounters, when will we get more variety?

Tired of the same old tired encounters, need something new.

Solo (the super elite "boss" solo) casters please?

Jello shots...I mean cubes?

More variety.

id like a monster manual- hp attack forms etc, and the ability to just put single mobs there out of a group.- and also the ability to turn their speech off- 'for the nashers' means a whole set of encounters you can never use

Author's Anvil Encounter Matrix -- now includes the 3 new Fomorian "Solos" from Feywild Expansion
...also contains attack types, abilities, etc.

The lack of boss encounters is a big issue for me. On a side note I would like to be able to choose a voice set when making a costume.
