Massive Lag Spikes

I have never had an issue with lag in this game until yesterday.

I am in the Phoenix, AZ area - my tracert to the Cryptic servers is at about 100 and nothing looks out of place, but in game it ranges from 150 to 4000 every few seconds.

Yes, I have restarted my computer, yes I have restarted my router... any ideas?

Also, it seems to be about 10x worse in PvP zones.

Anyone else having problems recently?

    Yes, lag, frame rate drops, stealth bar stops working completely, all since I started getting pre-patch
