DC Looking for a home on Mindflayer - Small/Casual/PVE

Hi,
Looking for a guild on Mindflayer. Ive always gravitated towards the smaller, more close knit guilds. I like running dungeons and skirmishes. Gauntlgrym looks interesting, so I'd probably check that out.
Looking for:
-Small guild(anywhere from 5-20 members)
-PVE
-Casual/semi hardcore. Casual in that you wont eat my lunch if I accidentally knock mobs around with d-mode sunburst or screw up a heal, but semi-hardcore in that you know your class, know how to play, use pots in dungeons, etc etc. Looking for casual and laid back, but decently skilled I guess.
-I am on east coast
-Currently sitting at 7.6k GS.
