I Keep getting disconnected. And major rubberbanding.

Neverwinter has been working fine for me since I started playing in OB. But all of a sudden today I can not play (or try to play) for more than 3 minutes. I keep getting disconnected. Has anyone else been having this problem today?

Yep... I had some issues yesterday, but today it's straight-up unplayable.
