Spirit Soaring
Our server/shard: Mindflayer

Spirit Soaring was created by a few RL and online friends, based on the West Coast, to be a casual environment to enjoy the world of Neverwinter. We come from other large MMOs such as World of Warcraft and also played/still play pen and paper Dungeons and Dragons. We wanted a smaller, close-knit community to enjoy the game in.
As a guild we plan to explore all aspects of the Neverwinter world including skirmishes, dungeons, foundries and pvp. We encourage members to try their hand at making their own foundries and sharing them with the guild, along with running groups primarily with guild members. The focus will not be on hard core progression but a casual gaming environment and friendly atmosphere, but that's not to say we won't do progression. Welcoming to all styles of play from seasoned veterans to newbies, even RPers.
We prefer that our applicants apply with and join on the character they enjoy playing most. Don't get stuck with a character you don't enjoy playing in a role you also don't enjoy!

Our current focus:
  • Dungeons/Foundry/PvP/Skirmishes
  • Preparing for Caverns of Gauntlgrym

What we offer:
  • Well organized and maintained website/forums
  • Mumble server
  • Family-friendly, laid back and casual gaming environment
  • Friendly and helpful, old school gamers

Our requirements:
  • 18+, preferably but can make exceptions for skilled/mature players.
  • Able to speak/type in English.
  • Able to use Mumble. Members do not have to speak but must be able to listen while participating in guild events.
  • Leave the drama at the door and maintain a respectful manner with other players.
  • Must be active within the guild and it's website/forums.

We do, however, require applications for those wishing to join so that we may gather a bit of information prior to joining. This helps both the applicant and us gauge whether or not Spirit Soaring is the right fit.

    Update 6/12:
    We are also in need of a good, reliable tank and a DPS class to start getting Epic Dungeons going. Fresh 60s with a willingness to learn and ability to listen via Mumble would be preferred. :)

    We're still looking for more and could use a few more 60s for epic groups.
