Defelction, armor sets..and whatever

I've been talkin' to a lot of people, in zone chat, and i was told this..
1-T2 sets are better in pvp than the pvp sets..
2-Stacking armor pen is bad cuz it has high diminishing returns.
Ok..i've tested..and ill have to disagree.
Armor pen is great to stack, as i am a trickster rogue. From the pvp set and daggers, i have 20 % armor pen wich is totally great imo.
I dont know how T2 is better for pvp, yes it has minor stat increase, and a big increase in power. Pvp sets give no power, but power ain't that big of a deal, and people testing in on the new test realm say it STILL won't be the next big thing for rogues, as the bonus ain't that high.
My personal strategy was, full enchant the pvp gear with HP on def slot, mov speed on utility, and tenebrous on offensive. Even as a rogue i still have 25k hp pool and i think tenebrous does it's job...so i ask this wonderfull community..
Is it wise to take full t2 gear, sacrifice HP and thus the dmg of tenebrous, and all that armor pen ? plus the 4set bonus of increased stealth ( i'm executioner build, so i do not enjoy the infite stealth scoundrel brings, or wichever one does ) for the power bonus, and crit from t2 ?
