Using the PUG (Pick Up Group) LFG (Looking For Group) queue dungeon tool is always a HAMSTER shoot with who you end up being grouped with. Sometimes you get imbalanced class compositions with no tank, healer, multiple of the same class, etc and other times you end up with players who are inexperienced with group dungeon crawls or new to their character's role in a group environment.

The difficulty of a dungeon run is directly effected by the TEAM you bring into the dungeon. The difficulty of running a dungeon with players who are used to working together, have experience with their group roles/responsibilities, etc is vastly easier than those who take a chance with the LFG PUG tool.

A common answer is that you choose to run only with your friends or guild mates but for those who want to use the LFG PUG tool their difficulty experience is dramatically more challenging and could use some help from Cryptic. Therefore I recommend offering those player who use the PUG LFG queue tool a buff similar to what World of Warcraft did, "Luck of the Draw".

Luck of the Draw
Increases damage done by 5%, healing done by 5%, and health by 5% whenever you use the Dungeon tool to find other players for your group.

This would help offset the huge difficulty imbalance between players who PUG using the LFG queue tool and those who run only with friends and guild mates.
