[*]Lightning Arc will sometimes chain as far as 30ft and agro a new pack of mobs. This happens even more as Lightning Enchantment rank goes higher. This can be fixed either by matching Lightning Arc range with agro range or by defining more complex rules for chain targets.
Keep the 30 feet range.
It's hilarious as a GWF to uber tank everything.
I know that it sucks to no longer get gear to sell from the Dungeon Delve chest but it was truly overpowered.

I have recently noticed that the main target sometimes does not receive 20% weapon damage from my perfect lightning as I hit it. Is it working as intended or bug? So I just bought a perfect lightning and tried it with dummies in trade of blades. I tested it with the first hit of my Duelist Flurry (DF) and I noticed that sometimes the main target dummy did not receive the 20% weapon damage. There was only one damage showed up and it was the first hit of my DF. Even more confusing, sometimes, the lightning enchantment chained, and the 2nd or even 3rd dummy received the 20% weapon damage but the main target dummy still did not received the 20% weapon damage.
After I read the description for the 10th time, I am positive that the 50% chance is for the lightning damage TO CHAIN only, right? The 20% weapon damage should always be done to the target I am attacking, right? Or am i missing something?
I have invested a lot of time and AD into this and it is currently a huge let down for me. Please confirm!
