Please stop need-rolling on non-class (redded out) gear

I did a dungeon yesterday with a player who need-rolled T1 gear that his class couldn't even use. Please stop this devs.

The other guy in the party actually could've used it. Needless to say the guy was added to my ignore list, but I'd like to never party with him again too.

Can you just make it so you can't need roll on red gear or something similar? I know several other MMOs do this

When the big patch comes out 20th of this month, one of the fixes is so that you can only roll need on items you can use
