Gateway bug: Collected rough AD missing, please official reply required

I've tried to do protect caravan on 5 character twice in a row during the night to test if this bug is fixed or not. I should have received 6x200 rough AD on this 5 chars when I collected rewards.
I'm asking for an official reply please what causing this issue, what is the status on this bug, since we reported this quiet a while back.
Sorry for making another topic but this is getting futile now, if you wan't us to use the gateway and trust the service with AD, then you have to give us some feedback please.
