Steel shears

Hey, whats the thing about steel shears being so expensive on AH? Over 200AD? Is this even real? I have one and im not sure if anyone will buy it for such price, dont wanna lose the AD for fee. Can anyone please confirm if there are people who buy it for that price? Thank you.
