anyone else that cant get past the Cryptic screen?

so my launcher works untill i click play then i freeze at the cryptic load screen been waiting for my ticket response but they havent helped and havent gotten a response in 3 days. anyone have same problem that knows how to fix it?

    I had that problem for a bit. It seems that if I just wait and let it load (first time took me 20min) it fixes itself - have had that a few times and it works fine now.

    ya if i let it load i get a fatal error everytime. tried pw's fixes and didnt help lol
